Refund policy
ALL THRIFT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE WITH NO RETURNS WITH THE EXCEPTION BELOW!
We have a 7-day return policy only for wrong items that were shipped to you, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The return will only be issued to the payor of the original transaction.
To start a return, you can contact us at bubbythrift@gmail.com. within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Send us a photo of the wrong item in your email. Once we verify that we did make a mistake we will send you the correct item if still available, offer a replacement item, or refund your purchase. You can keep the wrong item or donate it to your local charity no need to mail it back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is majorly defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that most of the items we sell are secondhand and may have some minor wear, stains, or holes that would not be considered a defective or damaged product. Apparel items may have damages not known by Bubby's Thrift. Garments may have stains, holes, rips or tears. We do notate things that we find during our inspection on the listing profile of the item.
We try our best to notate the size of an item with pics of the size tag when available. If the garment does not have a tag, we will estimate the size. Please note some designers such as Chico's has their own sizing that may be different than standard US sizing. We are not responsible inaccuracies due to the nature of second hand merchandise such as alterations, shrinkage, stretching or size differences. We take photos of the items to the best of our ability and variances in shades can occur due to lighting and camera performance.
Please note we personally inspect each item and do our due diligence when listing an item. With that said we are only responsible for Wrong Items sent that will receive a refund. All other items are Final Sale!

We do not accept exchanges.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email about wrong items sent. and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
